Natasha brings years of experience working with major corporations, lenders and financial institutions to resolve business-critical issues. As a commercially minded lawyer, Natasha is focused on aligning legal strategies with business objectives.
Prior to joining BridgePoint, Natasha practiced as a restructuring and insolvency lawyer in the Toronto offices of Stikeman Elliott LLP and McCarthy Tétrault LLP. Natasha's practice involved both in-court and out-of-court matters, including plans of compromise or arrangement, bankruptcies and receiverships, financing and recapitalization transactions, share and asset sales, and litigation and disputes.
As Legal Counsel at BridgePoint, Natasha helps manage the company's legal team and debt recovery portfolio. Natasha performs case assessments and collaborates with clients and counsel to drive forward pragmatic solutions. In addition, Natasha supports the company's strategic initiatives, including exploring new opportunities to expand financial product offerings.
Natasha obtained her Juris Doctor from Queen's University and was called to the Ontario bar in 2020. Natasha is a member of the Advocates' Society, the Turnaround Management Association and the Ontario Bar Association. Natasha is also a Hotline Volunteer at Pro Bono Ontario.
