Tala joined BridgePoint Financial in 2023. Prior to joining the team, Tala worked as Paralegal Intern in a Toronto-based firm, focusing primarily on criminal and family law. In this role, Tala assisted counsel in gathering evidence, reviewing disclosure, and creating affidavits.
Tala received a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) degree from Wilfrid Laurier University, double majoring in Criminology and Human Rights and Diversity. She is also a recent graduate from the Paralegal Program at Humber College where she received her graduate certificate. Prior to working as an Intake Coordinator, Tala worked as a court reporter at Victory Verbatim which helped her further advance her knowledge of civil litigation. Tala has more than 8 years of customer service expertise, making her well-equipped to compassionately guide clients and law firms.
